Naughty kindergarten student crawling under his father’s car may be common. But the same boy roller-skating beneath 11 cars flawlessly is not so common a feat. This is what Vivek has done.
According to the Kerala Roller Skating Academy, the achievement of Vivek is a world record. His feat was performed at Mandapam, Poojappura, Thiruvananthapuram.
He showed exceptional flexibility to emerge through the 6½-inch space between the road and the car’s bottom.
Vivek began the performance by tackling 6 cars first. Later he repeated the feat with 11 cars placed side by side. Keeping the legs wide apart, bending the body forward to almost horizontal position, he rolled under the series of obstacles.
Son of Venu and Sasikala, Varuvila House, Thaliyil, Thiruvananthapuram, he started learning the sport even as a 2½-year-old.
He comes along with his grandfather for practice and spends 1½ hour each in the morning and evening. His coach is Santhosh Kumar, Poojappura, Thiruvananthapuram
